JON SHEW II

ABOUT JON

Jon II is the President of J&K Communications, Inc., and a trusted industrial communications consultant with over 30 years of hands-on experience. With the team since 1990, starting from the ground up as a bench technician, tower climber, and salesman, Jon has built a deep, practical understanding of the industry. Specializing in industrial communications, he is responsible for system design and coordinating installation and troubleshooting. Additionally, Jon oversees the company’s business and management operations, ensuring smooth operations and continued growth. His deep-rooted knowledge and leadership play a key role in J&K Communications’ success.

TOMMY SIMMONS

VP of Sales

ABOUT TOMMY

Tommy joined the team in November of 2020 as our Vice President of Sales and brings 30 years of Land Mobile Radio experience. Tommy’s most recent position was at E.F. Johnson Technologies, a JVCKENWOOD Company. As the Regional Vice President, Tommy was responsible for State and Local subscribers and P25 Systems sales in the United States, Canada and U.S. Federal Markets.

Outside of work, Tommy enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and trap shooting.

KYLE SHEW

Director of Operations

ABOUT KYLE

Kyle has been with J&K Communications, Inc. since 2012, starting as a shop assistant before advancing to his current role as Director of Operations. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in various roles, including Resource Coordinator, where he managed purchasing, receiving, and inventory control, and Project Manager, overseeing project execution. As Director of Operations, Kyle is responsible for optimizing company processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys socializing with friends, pushing himself in the gym, and supporting Duke basketball.

STEPHANIE BRADBURY

Controller

ABOUT STEPHANIE

Stephanie has been a part of the J&K Family since 2008, working as a Billing Assistant and Accounting Assistant before stepping into her current role as Controller in 2015. She enjoys the mix of duties that come with overseeing the company’s financial operations.

Outside the office, you will most likely find Stephanie and her husband in the bleachers somewhere, cheering on their three children in their various sports–or sitting in their car waiting for practices to end! Her family is actively involved in the community through their church. Stephanie is also a proud Indiana Hoosiers fan and loves cheering them on with her family!

JACQUELYN THOMAS

Indy Office Manager

ABOUT JACQUELYN

Jacquelyn “Jacque” Thomas joined the J&K team in March of 2024, as the manager of the Indianapolis office. Jacque has over 25 years of administrative and management experience. Her particular talents and experience include organizational and planning skills, developing excellent customer relationships, and improving processes in order to provide staff and clients with the best possible experience. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Marian University.

In addition to being committed to her career, she is committed to her family – husband Jerry, her two sons, Jaden and Jackson, and grandson, Jameson. In her spare time, Jacque enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, riding ATVs, and is an active volunteer for the Shalom House where their mission is to impact the people of Boone County by feeding bodies and encouraging the spirit.
