Repair Service Location Update
Effective May 18, 2026, all repair services and equipment shipments for repair will be completed through our Columbia City headquarters.
If you have previously sent or dropped off repair equipment at our Indianapolis location, please note that future repairs should now be sent directly to Columbia City.
What is changing?
Repairs will now be processed through J&K Communications’ Columbia City headquarters location.
Who does this affect?
Customers sending equipment in for repair, including those who have previously worked with our Indianapolis location for repairs.
